We're Mischa and Ivan, and we're convinced that reading is still something sexy, stylish and cool.
Sure, we scroll too. In one minute on Instagram we manage to laugh at a viral meme, get our hearts broken by a hurt little dog, and soak up a pile of fake news. But somewhere along the way, reading became one of the most underrated things you can do. We want to change that.
What the hell is Vivlios?
We make jewellery for book lovers. A small (and stylish, cool, and fashion-diva-like) item that reminds you – and everyone else – that you are, in fact, a reader. Or at least on your way to becoming one.
But regular jewellery is boring. Really boring. If someone stopped us on the street with "hey, please buy this bracelet, it's cool," we would say "uhh no thanks." And so would you.
So ours come with a twist.
Your Vivlios is empty.
Yes, completely empty. You've just bought a beautiful piece of stainless steel that means nothing.
Now, follow along:
First, you load a book into it. Then another. Then a tenth. And somewhere along the way, it stops being a piece of steel, created by two handsome, amazing and charming Ukrainians (hehe), and becomes your Pride and Prejudice. Your Normal People. Your Crime and Punishment.
It gets its value from all the books you've read with it. That's the whole point.
How Two Ukrainians Ended Up in This Situation in Stockholm
Shortly after Russia invaded Ukraine, we decided to leave the country. We were 15. We moved to Stockholm on our own – no family, no Swedish, no plan beyond not wasting time.
It was low-key fun. Living on your own at 15? – Freedom, lol. But, of course, it was also quite tough.
We learned Swedish in eight months, finished Swedish high school, and will soon start university. Somewhere in the middle of all that, we started Vivlios.
The boring part, which is actually the important one
Each piece of jewellery is made of high-quality stainless steel, designed by us and manufactured entirely in Stockholm. No distant warehouse, no dropshipping link with a three-week delivery time. We know the people who make our jewellery by name. That's why we can say "sustainable" without crossing our fingers behind our backs.

Vivlios is a Swedish lifestyle company based in Stockholm, founded by two nineteen-year-old entrepreneurs. We design and produce jewelry for book lovers – ethically and locally in Stockholm.
Our jewelry is made from silver-colored stainless steel, is unisex, and comes in sizes S–M and L. They are durable for everyday wear: you can shower, exercise, and sweat while wearing them. The concept behind all our jewelry is called Wear While You Read – the jewelry has no inherent meaning when you buy it, but gains its meaning from the books you read while wearing it.
