The following rules regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and complaints apply to all products available on vivlios.se.

Returns and Exchanges

As a customer with us (Vivlios Handelsbolag), you have the right to an open purchase and a right of withdrawal for 30 days from the day you received your order. All returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How to Return Non-Defective Items

Please follow the instructions on the return form included with your order. If no return form was included in your shipment, please contact our customer service and inform us that you wish to return an item. Be sure to state your order number and your reason for returning the item. You can do this by sending an email to vivlios.hb@gmail.com.

For returns of non-defective items, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Please keep your shipping receipt until you have received a return confirmation from us.

Complaints Regarding Defective or Damaged Items

If you have received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 30 days). Please state your order number, describe the issue with the item, and preferably attach photos showing the damage.

Refunds

From the time you hand in your return to the shipping carrier, it may take up to 30 days before you receive your refund.

Once our warehouse has received and approved your return, we will refund the full value of the product. If you paid by card or used direct payment, the refund is usually processed within 5 business days from the time we receive your return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order in our webshop for the item you wish to exchange to, and return the item you want to exchange to us free of charge using the enclosed return form. For exchanges, we (Vivlios Handelsbolag) cover any shipping costs.
