All products available on vivlios.se are available for purchase and delivery within Sweden and internationally.

Shipping Methods:

  • PostNord Varubrev (Untracked Letter Delivery)

  • PostNord MyPack Home Courier Delivery

Handling Time

We process and pack your order within 24 hours from the time the order is received (weekdays only).
In order for your order to be processed on the same day, we must receive it between 10:00 and 16:00 (CEST).

Delivery Time

We ship your package with PostNord Varubrev within 24 hours from the time the order is received. Delivery usually takes approximately 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday).

The shipment is delivered directly to your mailbox or to your door. If the package does not fit in the customer’s mailbox, it will be delivered to the nearest post office or pickup point. Once your order has arrived, you will be notified via SMS. Please remember to bring a valid form of identification when collecting your package. The package will remain at the pickup location for 14 days before being returned to us.

During peak seasons, delivery times may be longer, and we reserve the right for delays during major sales campaigns and the Christmas season.

Additionally, you may choose the PostNord MyPack Home Courier Delivery service. In this case, you can book a delivery time yourself, and the package is delivered within 1–2 business days. Within Sweden, PostNord delivers packages during daytime, or in all major cities during evening hours. Saturday delivery with PostNord MyPack Home is available in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.

What Information Must the Buyer Provide to vivlios.se in Order for Us to Ship the Order, and What Must Be Provided to Receive the Package?

To place an order with delivery on our website, the buyer must click “Choose options” or “Add to cart” on the product listing pages or on the specific product page, and then proceed to the online shopping cart page via the link (LINK TO CART).

On the online shopping cart page (LINK TO CART), the buyer must review the items and their quantities (adjust quantities if necessary and remove incorrectly added items). If everything is correct, the buyer must click the “Proceed to checkout” button to continue to the online order page. On the order page, the buyer must select a delivery method and a payment method.

If the buyer selects “PostNord MyPack Home Courier Delivery”, the buyer must enter the following information in the designated fields on the order page:
country, first name, last name, delivery address, apartment/suite/etc. (optional), city, and postal code.

If the buyer selects the delivery method “PostNord Varubrev”, the buyer must provide a complete and correct postal address, including:
country, first name, last name, address, apartment/suite/etc. (optional), city, and postal code.
Delivery is made directly to the mailbox or door, depending on PostNord’s distribution routines.

After entering the delivery details, the buyer must select a payment method on the order page.

Once this is done, the “Pay now” button at the bottom of the order page will become active. As soon as the buyer clicks this button and pays for the order, including the shipping cost, the buyer will automatically receive an email containing all order details. Our company will then pack the order as soon as possible and ship the package using the delivery method selected by the buyer.

When the package has been shipped, the buyer will receive an email with tracking information.
For deliveries with PostNord MyPack Home Courier Delivery, the package is handed over only upon presentation of a valid form of identification. In Sweden, delivery may also be completed using a pickup code obtained through identification via BankID in the PostNord App. This applies within Sweden only. Delivery is always made to the recipient’s address.

For deliveries with PostNord Varubrev, the package is delivered directly to the mailbox or door, and no identification is normally required upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined according to PostNord’s terms and tariffs, and no additional handling fees are charged. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of their order. More information about PostNord’s tariffs can be found  at https://www.postnord.se/.

  • PostNord MyPack Home Courier Delivery: 280.00 SEK

  • PostNord Varubrev: from 59.00 SEK (depending on the weight of the package)
